Bohemian-girly, what a great combo it turned out to be. I felt oh, so girly in a all white lace dress and dainty jewelry. Yet, I felt I had some bohemian style vibes with my hairdo. I just loved how this mess of milkmaid braids came out. I love to go above and beyond with my hairstyles, especially if it has to do with up dos. My first thought when I think of boho style is braids, so I parted my hair in the middle and began with a french braid to a fish braid. Once I finished I just pinned it up and around, and you will have a nest of braids on your head. I wore my favorite kimono for a thousand reasons. One reason is the detailing, (Mexican embroidery) with colors, pink, white, and green which are all my must have colors this spring. In my recent post I also wore a Mexican print, which I will let you all know, you will be seeing alot more of this style on me. I am clearly obsessed with the Mexicany look. I am of Mexican descent and I am very proud of my heritage. I also wanted this kimono to give a casual look to the dress, and that it did.

Fat braid + Thrift finds

 Blazer: Thrift Find
 Dress: Forever 21
Clutch: Thrift Find
Sandals: Target
Bracelet: New York & Co. Similar
Earrings: Forever 21 Similar

Wearing this body-con dress seemed just so perfect with an over-sized blazer. This color is my fave, which is also very hot right now in trend. Red is the "it" color, such a great color combo with just about complementary color, my favorite color combo with red is yellow and purple. With this specific look I wanted the blazer to pop well with this amazing envelope clutch, the bold print brings so much life to this outfit. The bright colors and print are so much fun. The clutch is such a great bold accessory statement, you don't have to overdo it with jewelry and accessories. As for this dress I absolutely LOVE it, it fits like a glove and the length is perfect not too short and not too long. You can easily duplicate this look by showcasing one bold, statement accessory piece, that can tie in with a simple stylish outfit. Your one statement piece will make your entire outfit come to life leaving you looking chic and edgy.

Pink lady in navy...

Blouse: New York & Co.
Pants: H&M
Scarf: Target Similar
Tote: TJMaxx Also
Heels: Style & Co.
Jewelry: New York & Co.

My favorite color combo is bright pink and navy, such a perfect match. As for matching, I went all monochromatic wearing all navy blue from top to bottom. A full on solid color to your outfit gives you that long, lengthy look. To brighten up my outfit, I added dashes of pink starting with a woven skull scarf. Adding pink makes me feel 100% girly, especially this neon printed pink. I have like three shades of pink going on in this look from the lipstick that I ABSOLUTLY love, a buckle bracelet, and the tote that I just could not leave behind (love at first sight). Being monochromatic in the styling of your outfit and adding a complimentary color can always leave you looking stylish, well coordinated, and chic.

Oversized in Green

waxed leggings

forever 21 booties

fishtail braid

Top: New York & Co. Also

Oversizing it, in my favorite knit sweater that I just cant stop wanting to wear. It is the most comfiest sweater, I could wear it to bed. The color is just so unreal, it pops so well and it can dress up just about anything I wear it with. I paired this v-neck with simple basic pieces that you can always turn to. Waxed leather-like leggings to add some sleekness to the look, and black buckled booties, for a more laid back look. These three key pieces made my outfit look outstanding not too much, simple yet eye-catching.
